Types of baldness

By admin-capilclinic  Published On 26 November, 2019

Losing hair is normal. In fact, two out of three men carry an increased risk of  going bald if they do not put an end to it by some of the treatments that guarantee the recovery of  lost hair follicles and that are offered by Capilclinic.

If that is your case and  recently you have been seeing your hair has begun to fall abnormally leaving several thinned areas without knowing if it will stop, regress  or advance, we provide you with information about what might happen by reviewing the different types of baldness.

Types of bald people

Although the following classification does not respond to any scientific categorisation, the truth is that it is the most common form of baldness that affect all men and women around the world and that you have surely recognized more than once walking down the street.  So let’s see the main types of baldness:

Ominous baldness

This type of baldness affects the entire scalp and, in some cases, it is shiny  when every trace of  hair follicles, that once were present, disappeared. Zinedine Zidane is a good example of this type of baldness.

Elusive baldness

This type concerns bald people that, despite showing an obvious hair loss, still have follicles in the back and lateral area of their head that allow them to comb their hair, even when their bald spots are visible whichever way you look at them.

Zenithal baldness

In this case bald people have had an especially widespread affectation in the upper part of their scalp. However, baldness has barely affected the lateral and posterior areas of the head of those who suffer from it.

Growing baldness

People who are not yet bald, but are about going bald. They usually show  receding headlines and a progressively slowed down hair growth, although it takes years to begin to have consequences on the rest of the scalp.

Patchy baldness

It is the most difficult to hide. People usually show distinct features such as bald areas in the crown and lateral parts of their head, but this is not always the case. It often appears in unexpected areas where hair stops growing with virtually no chance that the person, who suffers from it, can hide them.

In addition to these types of baldness, there are many more. There are almost as many as people who suffer from any type of alopecia that has been detected and that affects men and women around the world. If this is your case, do not hesitate and get in touch with one of the specialized centers capable of recovering hair  where it has disappeared, as we do in Capilclinic, offering solutions for life and at the best price for all people who suffer from alopecia.

For further  information,  please contact our medical team through one of the different  ways we offer on this website. You can explain to us what is your problem and we will provide you with the right solution for you guaranteeing excellent results for life.
